All products are custom made and not always available. In this case, the product may be listed in our online catalog; however, if it is marked "Out of Stock," it cannot be ordered at this time.

Although we prefer orders to come through this site, not all are comfortable with online storefronts.

The Order Process
As part of your order process, you must read and agree to the terms listed on this page.  All orders are pre-paid and processed as they are received.

Shipping
Shipping is generally done one day after order. All items ship worldwide via COLISSIMO 5-8 DAYS OR CHRONOPOST 3-5 DAYS. LADO BY E-RETRACT is not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit.

Returns
Please be certain of the product you intend to purchase. If a product fails, as described below, the customer is responsible to pay any and all shipping fees to return the product to LADO BY E-RETRACT.
All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Warranty
LADO BY E-RETRACT will repair or replace at our choice, products that fail due manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
