All products are custom made and not always available. In this case, the product may be listed in our online catalog; however, if it is marked "Out of Stock," it cannot be ordered at this time.

Register for an account on our site (CLICK HERE) and subscribe to newsletters/product notifications by clicking "Allow Promotional Emails", and you will be notified when an item is back in stock and available for purchase.

Communication
If you have questions about any product here, email is the preferred method of communication. This will help us better understand your request and serve you more quickly and efficiently.

It's understood that speaking by phone can be a necessity. Hours and contact information are on our About Page.

Although we prefer orders to come through this site, not all are comfortable with online storefronts. We'll take your order over the phone with pleasure.

The Order Process
As part of your order process, you must read and agree to the terms listed on this page.  All orders are pre-paid and processed as they are received. At www.lado-tech.net/orderstatus.php (CLICK HERE) you can check the status of your order.   

Shipping
Shipping is generally done once per week depending on the workload for that week. All items ship domestic and worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by Express Mail or Priority Mail. If you require tracking, you must choose Express Mail. Priority Mail does not offer tracking. LADO Technologies is not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit.

Returns
Please be certain of the product you intend to purchase. If a product fails, as described below, the customer is responsible to pay any and all shipping fees to return the product to LADO Technologies. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Warranty
LADO Technologies will repair or replace at our choice, at no charge to you, products that fail due manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
